This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) explains how my website, software, products, development services, technical services, and related resources may and may not be used.

This policy applies to all clients, users, customers, and other individuals or organizations using my services.

This AUP should be read together with my Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Legal & Compliance pages.

1. Acceptable Use

You may use my website and services only for lawful, legitimate, and authorized purposes.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of my services complies with applicable laws, regulations, third-party terms, and the rights of other individuals and organizations.

I may refuse or terminate any project that I reasonably believe is intended to facilitate fraud or deception.

3. Phishing and Credential Theft

You must not use my services to create or distribute systems designed to obtain passwords, authentication codes, security tokens, payment credentials, or other sensitive information through deception.

This includes:

  • Fake login pages
  • Credential-harvesting systems
  • Fake verification pages
  • Fake security alerts
  • Fake account recovery pages
  • Malicious email or SMS campaigns
  • Impersonation of banks, payment providers, government agencies, or other organizations

Legitimate authentication systems developed for authorized clients must clearly operate within the client's lawful ownership and authorization.

4. Hacking and Unauthorized Access

You must not use my services to gain unauthorized access to:

  • Websites
  • Servers
  • Networks
  • Computers
  • Mobile devices
  • Cloud accounts
  • Databases
  • Applications
  • User accounts
  • APIs
  • Other digital systems

You must not bypass authentication, access controls, security mechanisms, or technical restrictions without authorization.

5. Authorized Security Testing

Security testing, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and similar activities may be permitted when:

  • You own the system being tested, or
  • You have explicit authorization from the system owner
  • The scope of testing has been clearly defined
  • The testing does not exceed the authorized scope

You are responsible for ensuring that you have appropriate authorization before requesting or performing security-related work.

6. Malware and Malicious Software

You must not use my services to develop, distribute, deploy, or operate malicious software.

This includes:

  • Viruses
  • Worms
  • Ransomware
  • Spyware
  • Keyloggers
  • Credential stealers
  • Remote-access malware
  • Botnets
  • Destructive scripts
  • Malicious payloads
  • Software designed to evade security controls for unlawful purposes

Legitimate security research, defensive tools, monitoring systems, and malware-analysis environments may be permitted where they are lawful and properly authorized.

7. Network Abuse

You must not use my services to conduct or facilitate:

  • Distributed denial-of-service attacks
  • Unauthorized port scanning
  • Unauthorized network interception
  • Network disruption
  • Traffic flooding
  • Abuse of network resources
  • Unauthorized proxy or relay services
  • Attacks against third-party infrastructure

Authorized testing must remain within the agreed scope.

8. Data Theft and Privacy Abuse

You must not use my services to unlawfully collect, access, expose, sell, or distribute personal or confidential information.

  • Authentication credentials

11. Payment and Financial Abuse

  • Stolen-card transactions
  • Unauthorized transactions
  • Fake payment confirmations
  • Fake transaction records
  • Chargeback fraud
  • Money laundering
  • Financial credential theft
  • Unauthorized financial account access

Payment-related systems must be used only for legitimate and authorized transactions.

12. Illegal Activities

You must not use my services to facilitate activities that violate applicable laws.

This may include:

  • Fraud
  • Financial crime
  • Cybercrime
  • Identity theft
  • Unauthorized access
  • Malware distribution
  • Illegal marketplaces
  • Illegal goods or services
  • Unlawful surveillance

13. Abuse of Communication Services

If my services are used to send email, SMS, WhatsApp messages, notifications, or other communications, you must not use them for unlawful or abusive messaging.

You must not use my services for:

  • Spam
  • Phishing
  • Scam messages
  • Malicious links
  • Unlawful bulk messaging
  • Harassment
  • Threats
  • Impersonation
  • Deceptive marketing
  • Messages designed to steal credentials or personal information

You are responsible for obtaining any consent required for communications sent through your systems.

14. Circumvention and Abuse of Third-Party Services

You must not use my services to bypass or circumvent:

  • Payment restrictions
  • Account restrictions
  • API limitations
  • Authentication systems
  • Security controls
  • Licensing requirements
  • Subscription restrictions
  • Platform enforcement mechanisms
  • Geographic or regulatory restrictions where circumvention is unlawful

Third-party services must be used according to their applicable terms and policies.

15. Resource Abuse

You must not intentionally use excessive or unreasonable resources in a manner that negatively affects my systems, infrastructure, or other users.

This includes:

  • Excessive automated requests
  • Resource exhaustion
  • Unauthorized cryptocurrency mining
  • Deliberate server overload
  • Storage abuse
  • Network abuse
  • Automated activity intended to disrupt services

I may take reasonable steps to protect my infrastructure from resource abuse.

16. Harmful or Abusive Content

You must not use my services to create or distribute content intended to facilitate serious unlawful harm, fraud, exploitation, or abuse.

I may refuse projects where the primary purpose appears to be harmful, unlawful, deceptive, or abusive.

17. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Your account activity
  • Your project requirements
  • Content you provide
  • Data you provide
  • Credentials and access you provide
  • Instructions you give me
  • Your use of delivered software
  • Your compliance with applicable laws
  • Your compliance with third-party services

You must not instruct me to perform an activity that you are not legally authorized to request.

18. Reporting Abuse

If you believe that my services or systems are being used for fraud, phishing, hacking, copyright infringement, malware, or another serious violation, you may contact me with relevant information.

Where appropriate, I may investigate the report and take reasonable action.

19. Enforcement

If I reasonably believe that you have violated this AUP, I may take appropriate action, including:

  • Warning you about the violation
  • Requesting additional information
  • Suspending a service
  • Suspending a project
  • Terminating a project
  • Restricting access
  • Cancelling an order
  • Refusing future services
  • Preserving relevant records
  • Reporting suspected unlawful activity to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law

I may take immediate action when necessary to protect my systems, clients, users, third parties, or legal interests.

20. No Circumvention of Enforcement

You must not attempt to continue a prohibited activity by:

  • Creating another account
  • Using another person's account
  • Changing identities
  • Moving the activity to another service
  • Circumventing restrictions
  • Providing misleading information

Any attempt to bypass an enforcement action may result in additional restrictions or termination.

21. Third-Party Services

My services may integrate with third-party platforms, APIs, hosting providers, payment processors, communication services, and other external systems.

You must comply with the applicable policies and terms of those providers.

A project being technically possible does not mean that the intended use is permitted by the relevant third-party provider.

22. International Use

My services may be used by clients in different countries.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of my services complies with the laws applicable to your location and activities.

International availability of my services does not mean that every service or activity is legally permitted in every jurisdiction.

23. Relationship With Other Policies

This AUP forms part of my overall legal and service framework.

In the event of a conflict between this AUP and my Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions will generally govern the contractual relationship unless otherwise required by applicable law.
