All payments made for our services and digital products are generally non-refundable once work has commenced or the digital product has been delivered, accessed, downloaded, or activated. By purchasing, you acknowledge that digital products are intangible and cannot be “returned,” therefore, no refunds will be issued after access has been granted under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.
For service-based projects, if a cancellation request is made before any work has started, a full refund may be issued; however, if partial work, preparation, or resource allocation has already taken place, only a partial refund may be considered at our sole discretion after deducting applicable administrative, processing, and time-based costs.
Refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe from the date of purchase and must include valid justification. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests in cases of misuse, change of mind, lack of technical knowledge, or failure to read product/service descriptions prior to purchase.
