Clients are required to make either a full or a 50% upfront payment before the commencement of any work.
The remaining balance, if any, must be paid upon completion before final delivery.
No work will be delivered without advance payment confirmation.

3. Delivery Timeline
Project timelines are estimated based on scope and complexity.
Delays caused by a lack of client feedback or content are not my responsibility.
Delivery time may be adjusted with mutual consent.

4. Support Policy
Free support is included based on the selected package (e.g., 3 days, 7 days, or more).
Support covers bug fixes or minor adjustments only.
Support does not include major changes, feature additions, or third-party issues unless otherwise stated.
Additional support or modifications after the included period may be subject to extra charges.

Clients may choose to extend support through a paid Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) or hourly support charges. (Updated on 08SEP25)
5. Revisions and Modifications
Reasonable revisions are allowed as specified in the package.
Major changes or new features not originally discussed may require additional time and charges.

6. Ownership and Rights
Upon full payment, the client owns the final work.
I reserve the right to showcase completed projects in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Licenses for third-party assets (e.g., stock images, premium plugins) remain subject to their original terms and are not transferred to the client. (Updated on 08SEP25)
7. Refund Policy
Payments made are non-refundable once the work has started.
In the case of project cancellation before starting, a partial refund (if applicable) may be considered.

8. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all necessary materials (text, images, content) promptly.
Delays in providing resources may affect the final delivery date.
If a client remains inactive or unresponsive for more than 30 days, the project may be marked as closed without refund. (Updated on 08SEP25)
9. Limitation of Liability
I am not liable for:
Losses resulting from third-party tools, hosting, or plugins
Any indirect or consequential damages
Client misuse or unauthorised alterations of delivered work

I reserve the right to terminate services if the client breaches these Terms.
The client may also request termination in writing.
Upon termination, all pending payments must be cleared before work files are handed over.
