4. Support Policy

6. Ownership and Rights

• Upon full payment, the client owns the final work.
• I reserve the right to showcase completed projects in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

7. Refund Policy

• Payments made are non-refundable once the work has started.
• In the case of project cancellation before starting, a partial refund (if applicable) may be considered.

8. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide all necessary materials (text, images, content) promptly.
• Delays in providing resources may affect the final delivery date.

9. Limitation of Liability

I am not liable for:

• Losses resulting from third-party tools, hosting, or plugins
• Any indirect or consequential damages
• Client misuse or unauthorised alterations of delivered work
